Are you experiencing sudden shifts in your daily life that leave you reeling? Tight bodies, shallow breaths, uneasy sleep, fearful emotions, scattered focus - the way change lands on our well-being extends into every aspect of our lives.

 

FLUID WELLNESS sessions help you adapt to the winds of change, in your body, breath, thoughts and emotions. Julie draws from her 40+ years of knowledge as a healthcare professional, using the approach she calls Fluid Intelligence Movement Systems.

Wellness is a dynamic process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life

Individual Sessions are designed around your particular needs and experiences. Julie delves into aspects of fluid intelligence she finds relevant in the moment, including:

ELEMENTS OF FLUID INTELLIGENCE

  • Breath: the primary healer

  • Movement

  • Sensation

  • Sound

  • Fluidity

  • Gesture

  • Posture

WAYS OF INTEGRATING THESE ELEMENTS

  • Patterns: in breath, movement, thoughts, emotions, posture

  • Grounding: finding it, losing it, re-finding it

  • Cycles: of feelings, such as from hope to fear to hope

  • Perception: choosing how you interpret the world
